I highly recommend Vincent Mele for home inspections. He did an outstanding job and caught issues I never would have thought of. He used state of the art equipment to find leaks and moisture that were invisible to the naked eye. He spent a ton of time with me and addressed all of my concerns. On top of that he was reasonably priced and very personable.

Absolutely amazing! This was the most thorough inspection I have seen. He took his time, wasn’t in a rush and covered every detail! Took photos of everything, and explained everything he was looking at so clearly that we were able to understand. He saved us from buying a home after he caught a major issue with the roof that was missed previously by someone else. Absolutely recommended! Cannot thank him enough!! You will not be disappointed!
